This Riserva is a blend of Pinot Bianco (60%), Chardonnay (30%), and Sauvignon Blanc (10%), sourced from vineyards situated at elevations between 250 to 500 meters above sea level. The wine undergoes fermentation and maturation on the lees in large oak barrels for 12 months, contributing to its complexity and depth.
