Refund policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- Damaged or Faulty Products: If you receive a damaged or faulty bottle, please notify us within the day of receiving your order.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can correct the issue.
- Unopened Products: If you wish to return an unopened and unused product, it must be in its original condition and packaging.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: Email us at info@satyrio.co.uk or call us at 02074883334 with your order number and details of the issue.
- Provide Proof: Attach photos of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable) to help us process your request quickly.
- Return the Product: If required, return the item to us at 48-49 Aldgate High Street, Satyrio Restaurant. You will be notified if this step is necessary.
Refund Process
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 3 working days. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the transaction to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions
- Refunds are not available for products that have been opened or partially consumed unless there is a proven quality issue.
- Refund requests made after 7 days of receiving your order may not be eligible for processing.
